Yesterday, after studied quite many hours at Chalmers, I went to Johan at 8 PM. There were a lot of friends there and Pierre and Calle were the chefs for the evening.

They made a super good beef tenderloin with pommes chateau and a beautiful composed red wine sauce, with a lot of sugar to compensate for the reduced wine sourness and quite much veal stock (Swedish: Kalvfond).

We had the dinner at Johans balcony with a lot of candles and red wine served to the delicious food.

After dinner we played a charade game which was very fun. A lot of crazy moves and wild guesses.
